All applicants must meet the following criteria prior to admission to the Affordable Housing Program:
  • Must meet the set income and occupancy guidelines.
  • Must provide verifiable proof of income.
  • Must not have any felony convictions.
  • Must not have any unresolved judgements or evictions.
  • Must disclose all income and debts.
  • Must prove U.S. residency or legal temporary residency.
In addition, applications may be rejected if:
  • The information on the application is incomplete or inaccurate.
  • The applicant(s) have a documented history of behavior, which, if practiced during residency, would violate lease or community policies.
