All applicants must meet the following criteria prior to admission to the Affordable Housing Program:

- Must meet the set income and occupancy guidelines.
- Must provide verifiable proof of income.
- Must not have any felony convictions.
- Must not have any unresolved judgements or evictions.
- Must disclose all income and debts.
- Must prove U.S. residency or legal temporary residency.

In addition, applications may be rejected if:
|
- The information on the application is incomplete or inaccurate.
- The applicant(s) have a documented history of behavior, which, if practiced during residency, would violate lease or community policies.
