      Camelback Village - 5102 N. 11th Avenue - (602) 265-3022
    Camelback Village Located in central Phoenix, this one hundred and two (102) unit apartment retirement community is designed to provide affordable living for seniors, age 55 and older. Camelback Village is conveniently located near shopping centers, grocery stores and the bus line.

    Site management and a Senior Coordinator join together to provide social and recreational events for our residents, including: Bingo, games, luncheons, picnics and off-site excursions.

    Camelback Village offers fifty-four (54) studio apartments, and forty-eight (48) one-bedroom units. The monthly rental amounts for the apartments at Camelback Village are:

  • $384 for a studio, 466 square feet, with utilities included
  • $394 for a one-bedroom, 665 square feet (utilities not included)

    Rental agreements and renewals may be negotiated for terms of three months to one year. Residents that have completed one regular rental term may go on a month by month basis for an additional $25 per month. Please refer to the chart below for minimum and maximum (gross) yearly income requirements.
