The Housing Development Section is dedicated to increasing the supply of affordable rental and ownership housing opportunities, housing for the homeless and special needs populations in Phoenix. The Housing Development Section utilizes several resources to help fund affordable and supportive housing in Phoenix.

 Affordable Housing Loan Program Applications are accepted at 251 West Washington St.-4th floor on any business day, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
