    Deck Park Vista
    Located in central Phoenix, this fifty-six (56) unit apartment retirement community is specially designed to provide affordable living for seniors, age 55 and older. The caring staff is dedicated to helping our local seniors continue living an active an fulfilling life throughout their retirement years. Deck Park Vista is conveniently located near the Central Library, major entertainment venues, museums, restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, pharmacies and the bus line.

    Deck Park Vista has secured entrances. Invited guests use an intercom to call individual apartments to gain access to the building. Residents have access cards enabling them to freely enter or exit. For resident safety, each apartment is equipped with an emergency call alarm. The system is monitored 24 hours a day. Deck Park Vista also offers a large multipurpose room and offers planned activities such as Bingo and monthly birthday parties. Deck Park Vista also offers cable; the monthly rate is $11.

    Deck Park Vista
    Deck Park Vista offers fifty (50) spacious one-bedroom apartments with 684 square feet and six (6) two-bedroom apartments with 980 square feet. The one-bedroom base rate is $373 per month; first floor one-bedroom apartments are $383 monthly. The two-bedroom base rate is $393 per month; first floor two-bedroom apartments are $403 monthly. Rental agreements and renewals may be negotiated for terms of three months to one year. Residents that have completed one regular rental terms may go on a month by month basis for an additional $25 per month. Please refer to the chart below for the minimum and maximum (gross) yearly income requirements.

    A $100 security deposit is required. In addition, there is a non-refundable redecorating fee of $75.00 for a one bedroom unit and $90.00 for a two bedroom unit and an application fee of $25.
