    Located near the North Mountain Preserve, this 82-unit apartment complex offers affordable living in beautiful surroundings. Foothills Court is conveniently located near Interstate 17, shopping centers, grocery stores, public schools and the bus line.

    Foothills Court offers spacious one and two bedroom apartments for low and moderate income families. There are twenty-two (22) one-bedroom apartments and sixty (60) two-bedroom apartments. The one-bedroom apartments are 600 square feet and the two-bedroom apartments are 825 square feet. Both apartment sizes are offered at each income level.

    The monthly rental amount for a one-bedroom apartment at Foothills Court is $410 for a very-low income family, $440 of a low income family and $470 for a moderate income family. The monthly rental amount for a two-bedroom apartment at Foothills Court is $460 for a very-low income family, $500 for a low income family and $520 for a moderate income family. Rental agreements and renewals may be negotiated for terms of three months to one year. Residents that have completed one regular rental term may go on a month by month basis for an additional $80 per month. Please refer to the diagram below for minimum and maximum (gross) yearly income requirements.

    Very Low - very low income families with a minimum of 25% of Median and a maximum of 55% Median
    Low - low-income families with minimum of 40% of Median and maximum of 55% of Median
