Fillmore Gardens offers spacious, unfurnished
one-bedroom apartments. The all-eletric kitchens have plentiful cupboard
space, a large pantry and a full size frost-free refrigerator. Each bathroom
offers a tub or shower with safety handrails. Large closets provide plenty
of storage. All apartments offer a private patio or balcony, that include
a storage closet. For resident comfort, each apartment is equipped with
an individual air conditioning/heating unit.

Site management and the Resident Council join together to provide
social, educational, medical, recreational and musical events for our
residents.

Since Fillmore Gardens is subsidized by HUD, rent is
based on the resident's income. Residents pay thirty percent (30%) of
their adjusted annual income or ten percent (10%) of their gross income,
whichever is greater. Rent includes reasonable electric usage. Security
deposits are equal to one month's rent. One pet is permitted, a pet deposit
and some restrictions apply.
