located near the Squaw Peak Parkway, shopping centers, grocery stores, public
schools and the bus line. Foothills on the Preserve offers amenities not

in each unit, washer/dryer hook-up in each unit, a storage area located
adjacent to the patios and basic cable.
 
Foothills on the Preserve offers remarkably spacious one and two bedroom apartments
for low and moderate income families. There are sixty (60) one-bedroom apartments,
twenty-two (22) two-bedroom, 1¼ bathroom apartments, twenty-six
(26) two-bedroom, 1½ bathroom apartments, and thirty-six (36) two-bedroom,
2 bathroom apartments. The one-bedroom apartments are 722 square feet. The
two-bedroom, 1¼ and 1½ bathroom, apartments are 899 square
feet. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments are 965 square feet. Each
size apartment is offered at each income level.
The monthly rental amount for a one-bedroom apartment at Foothills on the Preserve is $418
for a low income family and $447 for a moderate income family. The monthly
rental amount for a two-bedroom,
1¼ bathroom apartment is $454 for a low income family and $484 for a moderate income
family. The monthly rental for a two-bedroom, 1½ bathroom apartment is $484 for a low
income family and $514 for a moderate income family. The monthly rental amount for a
two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment is $514 for a low income family and $544 for a
moderate income family. Rental agreements and renewals may be negotiated
for terms of three months to one year. Residents that have completed one
regular rental term may go on a month by month basis for an additional
