It may take several weeks from the time you fill out your application to the time it is entered into the wait list. Please allow two to three weeks before contacting the Applications and Information section or checking on your wait-list status. Once your application comes up for review, you will be contacted at the address you provide. Status information will be provided at waitlistcheck.com. To check on your status at waitlistcheck.com, you must know your Social Security number and date of birth. Once on a wait list, you will not be able to see any of your application details or make any changes at waitlistcheck.com. You will only see the wait list name, date, status, rank and wait time for your application.
Important note: If your address or information changes, you must notify us in writing or by e-mailing this office. If we cannot contact you by mail, your name will be removed from the waiting list. You may report changes by e-mail at waitlist@phoenix.gov, mail a letter with the change of information or come into the office. If you would like to be removed from the wait list, please submit your request in writing.
