    La Cascada I
    Located near the base of the North Mountain Preserve, this thirty-seven (37) unit apartment retirement community is designed to provide affordable living for seniors, age 55 and older. La Cascada I is conveniently located near John C. Lincoln hospital, Sunnyslope Senior Center, grocery shopping, shopping centers and the bus line.

    La Cascada I offers thirty-five (35) one bedroom apartments and two (2) two-bedroom apartments. The one-bedroom apartments are 300 square feet and the two-bedroom apartments are 550 square feet.

    The monthly rental amount for a one-bedroom apartment at La Cascada I is $370 and the monthly rental amount for a two-bedroom apartment is $400. Rental agreements and renewals may be negotiated for terms of three months to one year. Residents that have completed one regular rental term may go on a month by month basis for an additional $25 per month. Please refer to the chart below for minimum and maximum (gross) yearly income requirements.

    A $100 security deposit is required. In addition, there is a non-refundable $75 redecorating fee and an application fee of $25.
