    La Cascada II
    Located near the base of the North Mountain Preserve, this thirty-six (36) unit apartment retirement community is designed to provide affordable living for seniors, age 55 and older. La Cascada II is conveniently located near John C. Lincoln hospital, Sunnyslope Senior Center, grocery shopping, shopping centers and the bus line.

    La Cascada II offers thirty-six (36) one bedroom apartments with an amazing 700 square feet.

    The monthly rental amount for an apartment home at La Cascada II is $410 per month for apartments located on the first floor and $420 per month for apartments located on the second or third floors. Rental agreements and renewals may be negotiated for terms of three months to one year. Residents that have completed one regular rental term may go on a month by month basis for an additional $25 per month. Please refer to the chart below for minimum and maximum (gross) yearly income requirements.

    A $100 security deposit is required. In addition, there is a non-refundable $75 redecorating fee and an application fee of $25.
