    Paradise Village
    Located in Northeast Phoenix, this sixty-one (61) unit apartment complex accomplishes affordable living in an attractive environment. Paradise Village is conveniently located near the Squaw Peak Parkway, public schools, shopping centers, grocery stores and the bus line.

    Paradise Village offers amazingly spacious one, two and three bedroom apartment homes for very low, low and moderate income families. There are twenty (20) one-bedroom apartments, thirty-two (32) two-bedroom apartments and ten (10) three-bedroom apartments. The one-bedroom apartments are 578 square feet, the two-bedroom apartments are 840 to 900 square feet and the three-bedroom apartments are 1176 square feet. Each apartment size is offered in all income levels.

    The monthly rental amount for these apartment homes range from $410 to $670. The monthly rental amount for one-bedroom apartment homes is $410 for a very low income family, $460 for a low income family and $500 for a moderate income family. The monthly rental amount for a two-bedroom unit is $490 to $510 for a very low income family, $510 to $550 for a low income family and $585 to $605 for a moderate income family. Please note that the lesser monthly rental amount is charged for the smaller two bedroom apartments. The monthly rental amount for a three-bedroom unit is $560 for a very low income family, $610 for a low income family and $670 for a moderate income family. Rental agreements and renewals may be negotiated for terms of three months to one year. Residents that have completed one regular rental term may go on a month by month basis for an additional $25 per month. Please refer to the diagram below for minimum and maximum (gross) yearly income requirements. Please utilize the following information when examining the chart below:
    Very Low - very low income families with a minimum of 25% of Median and a maximum of 55% Median
    Low - low-income families with minimum of 40% of Median and maximum of 55% of Median
    Moderate - moderate income families with minimum of 55% of Median and maximum of 80% of Median
