There are twenty (20) one-bedroom apartments, thirty-two (32) two-bedroom apartments and ten (10) three-bedroom apartments. The one-bedroom apartments are 578 square feet, the two-bedroom apartments are 840 to 900 square feet and the three-bedroom apartments are 1176 square feet. Each apartment size is offered in all income levels.
The monthly rental amount for these apartment homes range from $410 to $670. The monthly rental amount for one-bedroom apartment homes is $410 for a very low income family, $460 for a low income family and $500 for a moderate income family. The monthly rental amount for a two-bedroom unit is $490 to $510 for a very low income family, $510 to $550 for a low income family and $585 to $605 for a moderate income family. Please note that the lesser monthly rental amount is charged for the smaller two bedroom apartments. The monthly rental amount for a three-bedroom unit is $560 for a very low income family, $610 for a low income family and $670 for a moderate income family. Rental agreements and renewals may be negotiated for terms of three months to one year. Residents that have completed one regular rental term may go on a month by month basis for an additional $25 per month.
