The monthly rental amount for a two-bedroom unit with 750 square feet is $460 for a very low income family, $510 for a low income family and $555 for a moderate income family. The monthly rental amount for a two-bedroom unit with 800 square feet is $490 for a very low income family, $540 for a low income family and $575 for a moderate income family. Rental agreements and renewals may be negotiated for terms of three months to one year. Residents that have completed one regular term may go on a month by month basis for an additional $25 per month.
