    Sahuaro West
    Located near the North Mountain Preserve, this fifty-nine (59) unit apartment complex offers affordable living in a serene atmosphere. Sahuaro West is conveniently located near Interstate 17, shopping centers, grocery stores, public schools and the bus line.

    Sahuaro West has sixty (60) two-bedroom apartments, each with 750 to 800 square feet. The monthly rental amount for a two-bedroom unit is $460 for a very low income family, $490 for a low income family and $520 for a moderate income family.  Rental agreements and renewals may be negotiated for terms of three months to one year. Residents that have completed one regular term may go on a month by month basis for an additional $80 per month. Please refer to the chart below for minimum and maximum (gross) yearly income requirements

    Very Low - very low income families with a minimum of 25% of Median and a maximum of 55% Median
    Low - low-income families with minimum of 40% of Median and maximum of 55% of Median
    Moderate - moderate income families with minimum of 55% of Median and maximum of 80% of Median
