Windrose Villas offers one hundred-fifteen (115) two-bedroom apartments, each with 800 square feet. The monthly rental amount for these two-bedroom units is $460 for very low income families, $490 for low income families and $520 for moderate income families. Rental agreements and renewals may be negotiated for terms of three months to one year. Residents that have completed one regular term may go on a month by month basis for an additional $25 per month. Please refer to the chart below for minimum and maximum (gross) yearly income requirements.

Very Low - very low income families with a minimum of 25% of Median and a maximum of 55% Median
Low - low-income families with minimum of 40% of Median and maximum of 55% of Median
Moderate - moderate income families with minimum of 55% of Median and maximum of 80% of Median
A $100 security deposit is required. In addition, there is a non-refundable $100 redecorating fee and an application fee of $25.
