Located near the North Mountain Preserve, this ninety-nine (99) unit apartment complex offers peaceful affordable living. Whispering Willows is conveniently located near shopping and medical centers, grocery stores, public schools and the bus line.

Whispering Willows offers thirty-five (35) one-bedroom apartments, twenty-eight (28) two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments and thirty-six (36) two bedroom, two bathroom apartments. The one-bedroom apartments are remarkably spacious offering 730 square feet. Two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments offer an amazing 889 square feet. Two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments offer an astounding 1027 square feet.

The monthly rental amount for a one-bedroom apartment at Whispering Willows is $467. The monthly rental amount for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is $514 and the monthly rental amount for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is $542. All initial rental agreements are for a minimum of six months. After completing one regular lease term, residents can go on a month by month basis for an additional $25 per month.

There is no minimum income required for residing at Whispering Willows however maximum income limits apply. Please refer to the chart below for the maximum (gross) yearly income limits.

A $100 security deposit is required. In addition, there is a non-refundable redecorating fees of $75.00 for one-bedroom units and $90.00 for two-bedroom units. The application fee of $25.
