Compensation and Benefits Information:

• Earn salary increases annually based on performance up to the top of the salary range.


• Receive 3.6% of your base salary from the City, pre-tax, in a 457 or 401(a) deferred compensation fund. Additional contributions by the employee are optional.


• Shift Differential for weekends, evening and night shifts.


• Tool Allowance for applicable positions.


• Tuition reimbursement available ($5,410 per year) starting with your first day on the job.


• Longevity payments, which supplement salary, are available semi-annually after you reach the top of your range and have 6 years of City service.
