- Earn salary increases annually based on performance up to the top of the salary range.
- City provided training available on the job: Access, Excel and Word XP, Academy for Office Professionals, Intro to Supervision, and many more.
- Tuition reimbursement available ($5,410 per year) starting with your first day on the job.
- Shift Differential for applicable shifts.
- Uniform Allowance for applicable positions.
- Longevity payments, which supplement salary, are available semi-annually after you reach the top of your range and have 6 years of City service.
- Bi lingual pay available - $50 per month.

- Receive .1% of your base salary from the City, pre-tax, in a 457 or 401(a) deferred compensation fund. Additional contributions by the employee are optional.

- 14 paid vacation days (8 hours per month vacation + 2 personal days). Vacation hours increase with years of service.
