DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE ASSIGNMENT:

The Workforce Development Program Supervisor on the assignment of Adult Programs is responsible for supervising staff, contractors, and volunteers who are responsible for designing, developing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating One-Stop, Title IB, Rapid Response, and Dislocated Workers Assistance employment and training programs. This assignment is distinguished from the base class by the greater size, scope, and complexity of the programs for which the assignment is responsible.
