DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE ASSIGNMENT:

The Housing Inspector on assignment as Lead is responsible for performing all the duties of the Housing Inspector and supervising other Housing Inspectors, coordinating their daily work load and training them as required. The Lead is responsible for resolving the more complex rules interpretations or landlord/tenant issues referred by the Housing Inspectors. The Lead is responsible for compiling statisical data and other required reports. This assignment differs from the Housing Inspector in the supervisory and administrative skills required.
