DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE ASSIGNMENT:

This assignment is distinguished from the Legal Assistant by the day-to-day supervision of Legal Assistants and the Victim Witness Assistance program in the City Prosecutor's Office. This assignment also performs legal research, writing, investigations, and interviewing for the Prosecutor's Office. This position reports to an Assistant Trial Bureau Chief and is evaluated on the basis of effectiveness in accomplishing work objectives.
