DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE ASSIGNMENT:

The Senior Drafting Technician position with the Documentation assignment is primarily responsible for skilled drafting work, consistent with the base classification. This assignment is distinguished from the base classification by the additional and significant responsibility for making drafting work products accessible electronically. The documentation component requires knowledge and skill in coding of drafting documents to make them available to users of those documents.
