DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE ASSIGNMENT:

The Facility Contract Compliance Specialist, on assignment as lead, is responsible for supervising Facility Contract Compliance Specialists; coordinating invitations for bid drafts; serving as primary contact for tenant-related complaints and requests; and acting as the Contract Compliance Supervisor in that person's absence. The incumbent will have other coordination responsibilities specific to the department. This assignment is distinguished from the base class by its supervisory duties.
