Residents of northeast Phoenix are invited to enjoy ice cream during a meet and greet with District 2 Councilwoman Peggy Neely and Mayor Phil Gordon. The free event will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, June 21, at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa, Herberger Ballroom, 6902 E. Greenway Parkway. Ice cream will be served while supplies last.

“I always encourage residents to be active in their community and participate in neighborhood activities,” said Neely. “Events such as these provide the Mayor and I with the opportunity to meet residents in my district on a personal level.”
