Councilwoman Neely Hosts District 2 Info & Issues Breakfast

Councilwoman Peggy Neely will host her monthly District 2 Info and Issues breakfast meeting at 7 a.m. Friday, March 23. The event is open to all residents and will be held at Roy’s Restaurant at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa, 5350 E. Marriott Drive (north of Deer Valley Road, between Tatum Boulevard and 56th Street).

This month’s special guest will be State Land Commissioner Mark Winkleman. District 2 is home to nearly 30,000 acres of State Trust Land, and as commissioner, Winkleman oversees the sale of these large parcels.

A light breakfast buffet will be offered at $5 per person; coffee and juice will be provided complimentary. Valet is available at no charge and self-parking also is available.

For additional information, contact Daniel Mazza with the District 2 office at 602-495-0559.
