Residents are invited to breakfast with Councilmember Maria Baier from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Thursday, July 17, at the Eye Opener Family Restaurant, 524 W. Hatcher Road. This month’s special guest will be Phoenix Fire Captain Bruce Toliver, who will discuss and demonstrate the newest CPR technique. An overview of the laws that govern homeowners associations also will be presented.

Baier also will offer July office hours by appointment at the Cowden Center, 9202 N. Second St., from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 23.
