Phoenix Public Library Offers Free Computer Classes in Chinese

Burton Barr Central Library offers free computer classes taught in Chinese from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sundays through Aug. 3, at 1221 N. Central Ave.

Schedule:

  • June 22 – Searching the World Wide Web
  • June 29 – Yahoo Sign-up
  • July 6 – Basic E-mail
  • July 13 – Basic Computer Skills
  • July 20 – Introduction to Microsoft Word
  • July 27 – Introduction to the Internet and Searching the World Wide Web
  • Aug. 3 – Yahoo Sign-up and Basic E-mail

Registration is not necessary, but seating is limited. Classes are taught by the Overseas Chinese Women’s Club.
