DVD Rentals now Offered in Sky Harbor’s Busiest Terminal

Phoenix, Arizona -- Passengers traveling through Terminal 4 at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport may now buy or rent a DVD to watch on the plane. INMOTION ENTERAINMENT is now open in the lobby of Sky Harbor’s busiest terminal. Portable DVD players are also available for rent. The store has been open for about a week, and is already very popular with passengers. “Sky Harbor works hard to listen to its customers,” said Paul Blue, Phoenix Deputy Aviation Director for Business and Properties. “Passengers have told us that they’d like more entertainment services such as DVD rentals at the airport. INMOTION ENTERTAINMENT helps fill this interest, with an exciting retail concept, great store design and broad array of product offerings.”

Once passengers rent a DVD and player at Sky Harbor, there are several options for returning them. Customers may mail DVDs back to the store in a pre-paid return mailer purchased at the time of rental for $1.00 or FedEx the DVD player back to store for $7.95. Passengers may also return items to an INMOTION ENTERTAINMENT store at another airport, or bring them to the Sky Harbor store when they arrive home from their trip. INMOTION ENTERTAINMENT operates 26 stores in 22 airports across the United States and Canada. This retailer not only rents products, it sells items such as DVD Players, DVD movies, digital cameras, headsets, CD players, music CDs, digital camcorders, MP3 players and more.

INMOTION ENTERTAINMENT is one of more than 40 new shops and restaurants opening in Terminal 4, as part of a major retail renovation. Phase one of the redevelopment is nearly complete, with a number of new stores now open in the lobby, including Arizona Highways newsstand, Brighton Collectibles, Desert Breeze featuring Tommy Bahama, In Celebration of Golf, AZ Kids, and Canyon News. Chili’s restaurant and bar is also now open in the lobby of Sky Harbor’s busiest terminal. In addition, Sky Harbor now offers a number of new shops and restaurants in the gate areas of Terminal 4, including Pass the Popcorn, See’s Candies, Indulgences spa products, Phoenix Express, CNBC News, AZ Grillin’ southwestern packaged foods, The Phoenix souvenir shop, a second Brighton Collectibles store, Yoshi’s Asian Grill, Wendy’s, The Clubhouse Bar and Grill and Starbucks.
