Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance
The Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance is Chapter 39 of the Phoenix City Code. It establishes minimum requirements for maintenance of property within the City of Phoenix including residential and non-residential buildings, structures, vacant and improved land.

The Zoning Ordinance is Chapter 41 of the Phoenix City Code. It establishes standards and regulations for the use of land and structures and for the review and approval of all proposed property development within the City of Phoenix.

Building Code
The City of Phoenix Building Construction Code establishes standards for development and building projects within the City of Phoenix. This Code contains the enforcement procedures established for Non-Permitted Construction under its' Administrative Provisions, Section 114.

Street Vending
Street Vending is the selling, offering, or display of items on public streets or sidewalks. It is required that anyone engaging in such activities have a City of Phoenix Street Vending License.

Mobile Vending
Mobile Vending is the selling, offering or display of items from a mobile vending or mobile food vending unit located on private property. It is required that anyone engaging in such activities have a City of Phoenix Mobile Vending and/or Mobile Food Vending License. Mobile Vending is only permitted on properties zoned C3,A1 or A2.
