The City of Phoenix, Arizona invites submission of proposals for services related to the implementation of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) to address foreclosed and abandoned homes. The City desires to select one or more firms with successful experience in acquisition and disposition of real property, especially housing rehabilitation programs and homeownership / sale programs, public and private funding mechanisms, as well as management and ancillary real estate services as described in this document.
