Educates residents about the Neighborhood Preservation and Zoning ordinances.

Administers sign abatement program on public rights-of-way.
Administers citywide Shopping Cart Retrieval program.
Provides tools and supplies to neighborhood and community groups to remove blight.
Provides housing rehab assistance to home owners.
Provides rental rehab assistance in targeted areas to property owners.
Remediates lead hazards in privately owned low-income housing.
