Request a Storm Water Presentation

The Storm Water Management Team conducts a FREE presentation for Phoenix Residents, Businesses and Schools.  This is an environmental program established under the Clean Water Act.

To Request a presentation submit the following request form or call 602-256-3190 or 602-495-0334 (Spanish).

A minimum of two weeks advanced notice is required!

Not all requests can be honored due to time and budget restrictions.  A representative from Storm Water Management will contact you to confirm availability and schedule your presentation within 5 working days.
 

Before submitting this form you need to be aware of the City’s policy on the use of its email system.  This policy states that the email message you are about to send is:

  1. Subject to public disclosure under the Public Records Law.
  2. Is not private or confidential, and
  3. will be retained in the City’s email system for 32 days.
