Arts, Culture and Small Business Overlay Expansion

The Planning Commission initiated the first potential expansion of the Arts Culture, and Small Business Overlay on Dec. 9, 2009. The overlay language and initial mapping was approved by City Council on Apr. 2, 2008. At the time the overlay was approved, it was anticipated that future expansions would be considered after the overlay had been in place for one year.
