44th Street and Camelback Road
In 2007, four rezoning requests were filed for the intersection
of 44th Street and Camelback Road (4.0
MB, PDF1). The four cases were reviewed by the Planning
Department and other affected city of Phoenix departments. A summary
of the proposed building uses and square footage as well as the
number of residential units for each project is listed below. Additionally,
requests for modification of existing zoning stipulations for the
northwest corner were received. Agendas for all public
meetings were posted in advance.
This request was withdrawn prior to City Council action.
