Light Rail Transit Station Area Planning
The 7th Avenue and Camelback Light Rail station is located
at the intersection of 7th Avenue and Camelback Road. The station planning area
consists of a ½ mile area around the station. The area contains a mix of
single family, multi family neighborhoods, commercial uses, schools and churches
as well as undeveloped land. The community has a unique opportunity to create
new exciting development within this station area.
