Zoning Interpretation Letter Process
Please note the following suggestions for an
Interpretation Letter:
- Written request of information needing interpretation
- May include:
- Tax Parcel Number(s) (APN), legal description
- General vicinity of desired location
- Existing activity/use
- Proposed activity/use
- Zoning
- Parcel map with site/area delineated
- Submit fee payable to: City of Phoenix (per Appendix
A.1 of the Phoenix City Code)
(see Zoning Fee Schedule)
