Mission

To establish, maintain and advise Block Watches by providing a forum to nurture and exchange ideas to educate on crime prevention, quality of life and safety concerns, while providing a liaison with our police department and elected officials.

Purpose

We are a nonprofit corporation with an initial activity to promote and assist the development of Block Watch organizations. Our primary partnership is with the City of Phoenix Police Department. It is our mission to build partnerships between all kinds of people and groups, in spite of their differences.

Meetings

Block Watch Advisory Board meetings as well as Block Watch meetings city wide are open to the public. Click the Meetings link in the right column of this page for a current listing of Block Watch Advisory Board meetings for the year. Contact your local police precincts Community Action Officer for a listing of local Block Watch meetings in your neighborhood. You are encouraged to send representatives from your community to attend.

Block Watch Signs - How to Order

To order Block Watch signs for your neighborhood group, (Your association must be registered with Neighborhood Services) you can download the packet by clicking on the link below or you can contact the Block Watch Advisory Board and they will provide you with an "order packet" containing an order form and mounting information.
