Do You Feel Safe?
If you were walking in a neighborhood like the one in the picture would you feel safe? How would you feel if you lived in that neighborhood and had to walk and play there everyday?
The truth is, with fighting, drugs, guns and broken glass, a neighborhood with gangs isn't safe. It isn't fair to the other people in the neighborhood because they work hard to take care of their homes or apartments and don't want gangs to spray graffiti on them or shoot guns in the streets.
