Public/Traffic DetailThe Public/Traffic Detail is located on the first floor of the Phoenix Police Headquarters at 620 West Washington Street, just off the main lobby. Hours of operation are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except city holidays. Metered parking is available. The public entrance is on the south side of the building facing Washington Street. Currently an oversize/overweight load permit can be obtained by coming into our office. However, to streamline this service for you, a permit application will be available online. Once the application is completed, you can submit it to us ahead of time and we will notify you when the permit is ready for pick-up.
