Commander Manuel V. Davila directs the Community And Patrol Services Bureau. The Bureau is composed of nine separate work units: they are the Bias Crimes Unit, Grafitti Unit, Community Response Unit, D.A.R.E., G.R.E.A.T., School Resource Unit, and Explorers Unit.
