Silent Witness is a Metro Phoenix program designed to provide you with an anonymous means of providing police with information on non-drug felony crimes you have witnessed or may have knowledge of.

If you provide information that leads to the arrest of a criminal or outstanding fugitive, you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.00.

Note that some unsolved crimes have reward amounts greater than $1000.00, paid for by friends, family, or victim reward funds.
