Smooth Ride: tips for a courteous bus trip
Information from the Phoenix Public Transit Department

There are rules and then there are courtesies. On a bus, rules are signed so that both first-time and veteran riders know what to do. Being nice and looking out for fellow passengers not only help keeps the buses rolling but makes sharing the ride more pleasant.

If you need more transit information, call a Valley Metro customer service representative at (602) 253-5000; or for persons with text telephones (602) 261-8208. Or go on-line at Valley Metro. Bus Books are available on buses, at transit centers and park-and-rides; and at city offices and libraries.
