NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
PHOENIX ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION and to the general public, that the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE will hold a meeting open to the public on Monday, November 9, 2009, at 4:00 p.m. located in the 10W Conference Room, Tenth Floor, Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

One or more members of the Executive Committee may participate via teleconference.

 

The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

 

1.	Call to Order
2.	Committee Reports for the Purpose of Setting the Agenda for the November 2009 General Phoenix Arts and Culture Commission Meeting: *  Public Art Committee *  Grants Committee *  Arts Education Committee *  Cultural Diversity Committee *  Chairman’s Report *  Executive Director’s Report
3.	Discuss Possible Agenda Items which May Include Public Art Projects, Copyright Law, or City Budget Impact on Arts.
4.	Discuss Status of Interim Arts & Culture Administrator
5.	Call to the Public Consideration, discussion and concerns from the public.  Those wishing to address the Executive Committee need not request permission in advance.  Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
