AHWATUKEE FOOTHILLS VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the AHWATUKEE FOOTHILLS VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE and to the general public, that the AHWATUKEE FOOTHILLS VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE held a meeting open to the public on Monday, November 23, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. located in Multi-Purpose Room at the Pecos Park Community Center, 17010 S. 48th Street, Phoenix, Arizona.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Agenda items may be taken out of order.
2. Anyone wishing to address an agenda item must complete a Speaker Card.
3. Disclosure of Conflict of Interest.
4. Due to the time required for the number of items, the following time limits are recommended so that the Committee may give all the cases on the agenda the same level of attention:
· Staff Report and Recommendation
· Applicant: 15 minutes
· Other Interested Parties: 15 minutes
· Applicant Response: 5 minutes
· Floor Closed: Committee motion, discussion and vote
