PLANNING COMMISSION
Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PLANNING COMMISSION and to the general public, that the CITY OF PHOENIX PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a meeting open to the public on November 10, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. located in the Central High School Auditorium, 4525 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.
1. The City Council Hearing will be held on December 2, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. for GPA-DSTV-4-09-2, Z-54-09-2, and Z-40-09-1. This hearing will be held in the Orpheum Theatre, 203 West Adams Street, Phoenix, AZ (located between 2nd and 3rd Avenues on the northeast corner of Phoenix City Hall).
2. The City Council Hearing will be held on December 2, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. for
Z-TA-21-08 and any other case that is appealed. For cases not appealed, the ordinance adoption will be at this same hearing. This hearing will be held in Assembly Rooms A & B, 200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ.
