NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

CITY OF PHOENIX
HEALTH CARE BENEFITS TRUST BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the HEALTH CARE BENEFITS TRUST BOARD and to the general public, that the HEAltH CARE BENEFITS TRUST BOARD will hold a meeting open to the public on August 25, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. located in the Conference Room 100, 1^st Floor, Personnel Building, 135 North 2^nd Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows.  Please note that agenda items may be taken out of order.  The Board may vote to go into executive session to discuss the following matters pursuant to ARS Section 38-431.03.A.3 (discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney of the public body).
