NEIGHBORHOOD COMMITTEE

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the 91^ST AVENUE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT NEIGHBORHOOD COMMITTEE and to the general public, that the 91st AVENUE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT NEIGHBORHOOD COMMITTEE will hold a meeting open to the public on September 9, 2008 at 4:30 P.M. located in the large conference, Administrative Building, 91st Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant, 5615 South 91st Avenue Phoenix, Arizona.

The revised agenda for the meeting is as follows:
