NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
PHOENIX ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION
PUBLIC ART COMMITTEE

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION – PUBLIC ART COMMITTEE and to the general public, that the PUBLIC ART COMMITTEE will hold a meeting open to the public on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at 4:00 p.m., located in the 10W Conference Room, 10^th Floor, Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

One or more members of the Public Art Committee may participate via teleconference.

 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

 

1.	Call to Order
2.	Artist Contract for the Bio-Medical Campus Public Art Project	ACTION
3.	Artist Contract for the Reach 11 Public Art Project	ACTION
4.	Artist Contract for the Family Shelter Public Art Project	ACTION
5.	Artists Contracts 7th Avenue Streetscape Series 6 Public Art Project	ACTION
6.	Update on the development of the annual Public Art Plan
7.	Call to the Public Consideration, discussion and concerns from the public.  Those wishing to address the Public Art Committee need not request permission in advance.  Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
