NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
CITY OF PHOENIX
CITY COUNCIL RECESSED (ZONING) MEETING

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX CITY COUNCIL and to the general public, that the PHOENIX CITY COUNCIL will hold a Recessed (Zoning) Meeting open to the public on Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at 5:00 p.m. located in the Orpheum Theater, 203 West Adams Street, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

One or more Council Members may participate via teleconference.

 

A printed copy of the agenda will be available the Friday before the meeting at the City Clerk’s Office on the fifteenth floor of the Phoenix City Hall, located at 200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

An electronic copy of the City Council Recessed (Zoning) Meeting agenda will be available under Public Meeting Notices/Agendas on PHOENIX.GOV the Friday before the meeting.  The website address is listed below:

A hearing impaired system is installed in the Council Chambers to assist individuals with hearing loss.  Headset units for this system are available at the front table in the Council Chambers.  In addition, with 72 hours advance notification, the City Clerk’s Office will provide sign language interpreting services.  For assistance, please call 602-262-6557 or TTY number 602-534-2737.
