NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
CITY MANAGERS REPRESENTATIVE HEARING FOR TECHNICAL APPEAL

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the City Managers Representative Hearing for Technical Appeal and to the general public, that the City Managers Representative Hearing for Technical Appeal will hold a meeting open to the public on December 7, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. located in Room 3C, 3rd Floor, Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

 

Location of Site:  Southeast Intersection Norterra and North Valley Parkway
Applicant:  HilgartWilson, LLC
Request:  Request to allow the construction and subsequent acceptance of a sewer main within Dynamite Mountain Ranch without full street improvements as required by City Code 32-35.
