Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT and to the general public, that the BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT will hold a meeting open to public on December 14, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. located in the Phoenix City Hall Atrium, 1st Floor, 200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona.
