RIO VISTA VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE
Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the RIO VISTA VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE and to the general public, that the RIO VISTA VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE will hold a meeting open to the public on Monday, November 16, 2009 at 6:00 p.m., located in Classroom 101, at the Goelet A. Beuf Community Center, 3435 West Pinnacle Peak Road.
Note:
1. Agenda items may be taken out of order.
2. Anyone wishing to address an agenda item must complete a speaker card.
3. Due to the time required for the number of items, the following time limits are recommended so that the Committee may give all the cases on the agenda the same level of attention:
· Staff Report and Recommendation
· Applicant: 15 minutes
· Other Interested Parties: 15 minutes
· Applicant Response: 5 minutes
· Staff Comments
· Floor Closed: Committee motion, discussion and vote
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1.
Call to order.
2.
Review and approval of the October 26, 2009 meeting minutes.
3.
Public comments concerning items not on the agenda (not for committee discussion or action).
4.
Nominations and election of the Chair and Vice Chair for 2010.
5.
Discussion and possible action regarding the 2010 meeting schedule of the Rio Vista Village Planning Committee.
6.
Staff update on cases recently reviewed by the Committee (not for committee discussion or public input).
7.
Committee member requests for information, follow-up or future agenda items (not for committee discussion or action).

The Rio Vista Village Planning Committee will NOT be meeting in December.

Next regular meeting is on January 25, 2010 at 6:00 pm.
